Don Johnson is an Industry-leading Broadband Solutions Provider and Subscriber-Based Asset Broker, specializing in cable, internet, voice, and security service negotiations for residential communities and commercial properties.

Co-founder of Paradigm, Mr. Johnson has over 30 years of telecommunications consulting experience. He has negotiated over 2,000 service agreements, term renewals, and bulk contracts in residential properties throughout the United States. He has closed over 300 subscriber-based acquisitions and divestitures, with a long record of successul transactions.

In 1997, Mr. Johnson was part of the original team that launched DirecTV's national MDU campaign, co-creating and implementing the first Direct Broadcast Satellite ("DBS") launch into the multiple-dwelling unit ("MDU") market, at the time representing 28 million households. He also developed video service bundling strategies and launched marketing campaigns for two Regional Bell Operating Companies ("RBOCs") and dozens of Incumbent Local Exchange Carriers ("ILECs"). In 1998, Mr. Johnson co-founded "ParaComm", a DBS Service Provider (at the time, the nation's largest Master System Operator ("MSO") for DirecTV) providing digitial video services to over 22,000 residences in the multi-housing market, while managing fifty Private DBS Providers ("System Operators") for DirecTV, representing 120,000 video subscribers. In 2006, Mr. Johnson was a founding member of DirectPath (a Hicks Holdings/DirecTV joint venture company.

Co-Founder of Paradigm, Heather Johnson is a Business Writer and Campaign Advisor, with over two decades of business-, marketing-, and event-planning experience, primarily in the broadband and real estate industries. Since 1993, she has consulted for an extensive variety of video, voice and data service providers, real estate organizations, community associations, and telecommunications companies.

Her comprehensive business plan writing experience and campaign management skills present Paradigm clients with the opportunity to strategically develop and systematically administer fundraising campaigns, marketing & sales efforts, and special events.

Ms. Johnson has developed hundreds of business plans, marketing plans, proforma budgets, sales projections, deployment strategies, marketing calendars, campaign flow charts, and financial projections within the telecommunications and real estate industries. She has created new product spec sheets, pricing strategies, bulk rates, commission schedules, sales literature, promotional materials, monthly newsletters, media kits, and Direct Sales training manuals. She has also recruited, trained and managed large teams of direct sales, telemarketing and customer service representatives; managed hundreds of  sales campaigns within residential properties throughout the U.S.; and instituted direct competition (“overbuild”) marketing strategies. Ms. Johnson has also  issued over 30 market research and Industry trend studies, such as the IMCC Private Cable Industry Analysis Study (on behalf of the Independent Multi-Housing Communications Council, located in Washington DC). She has prepared and launched dozens of promotional events, fundraising campaigns and special occasions for local Non-Profit Organizations and Community Associations

Over the past decade, Mr. Johnson has focused his efforts on Real Estate representation, bringing along what he has learned from the Broadband Provider side of the negotiating table over to the Community side of the table. He has become a dedicated advocate for property rights and competitive broadband solutions for residential and commercial properties across Florida and the southern United States.
